"Totally let down by the service for in-stock book orders."
I can't wrap my head around it, but this marks the fourth time I've run into this problem. I ordered a book from a seller who said it was available, but then got an email a week later saying it was out of stock. It's just so annoying. If you're gonna list stuff for sale on your site, the least you could do is make sure you really have the book on hand.

I can't believe it, but this is the fourth time I've encountered this issue. I placed an order for a book from a seller who claimed it was in stock, only to receive an email a week later stating that it was actually out of stock. It's incredibly frustrating. If you're going to advertise items for sale on your website, the absolute minimum you should do is ensure that you actually have the book in stock.

I recently ordered a French book and I gotta say, I’m really happy with my buy. The whole thing, from when I placed the order to when I got the book, went off without a hitch.

First off, I was really impressed by the easy-to-use website that helped me find the exact book I wanted. The ordering was simple, and I liked the clear instructions and choices I had.

After I finished my order, I was super excited to get the French book I had picked out. But then I ran into a hacking problem that made me think my payment didn’t go through. To my dismay, it looks like the book is now out of stock. I have to say, I’m pretty unhappy with how this turned out with your company.

Textbook has some underlining in it from notes, is this a problrem?

Does the e book 9780393533163 come with an access code?

I am wanting to get just an eTextbook... can I do that? I am not seeing that option?

I'm considering selling my college marketing textbook back to eCampus since you're offering a competitive price. I haven't come across many reviews regarding the buyback process, but the feedback on your sales and rental program is quite negative. Can you provide me with any information to assure me that you follow through with your buyback quotes and make prompt payments? The textbook is in excellent condition, as it was solely used for an online course and never left my dorm room.

“I didn't encounter any problems when I sold a book to them. I don't think it was one that I initially purchased from them. I can't recall all the specifics, but that suggests everything went smoothly. I have never rented a book from them and wouldn't recommend it based on other reviews. However, my personal experience with the company has been excellent over the past four years. Just a heads up, like most stores, the buyback quote is higher if you opt for in-store credit. If you prefer PayPal credit or another form, the offer might be slightly lower.”
